Facebook, a global technology and social networking company, announced plans to locate its newest data center in Huntsville, Alabama. The company announced plans to locate on 340 acres in north Alabama, investing $750 million and creating 100 new jobs.

Dong -A HWA Sung Co., LTD, a global home appliance and automotive supplier, announced plans to locate its first U.S. operations in Martin, Tennessee. Plans for the new facility include the creation of 220 jobs and $13 million in capital investment. The project represents the largest and only foreign direct investment in Weakley County’s history.
