Sitel expands financial customer service center in Knoxville, Tenn.

June 20, 2019 – Sitel announced plans to expand its financial customer service support center in Knoxville, Tennessee. Plans for the project include 804 jobs and $7.6 million in capital investment. Economic development partners include Lenoir City Utility Board, Development Corporation of Knox County and the Knoxville Chamber of Commerce.
