BuildEx Modular-Tennessee, a manufacturer and distributor or high-quality modular housing, announced plans to establish operations in Lincoln County, Tennessee. Plans for the project include 110 new jobs and invest $23 million in the company’s Fayetteville operations. Economic development partners include Fayetteville Public Utilities, Fayetteville Lincoln County Industrial Development Board, Middle Tennessee Industrial Development Association, and the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development. ValorFlex Holdings, a leader in manufacturing, real estate and energy resource innovation, announced plans to establish headquarter operations in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Plans for the project include creating 25 new jobs and investing more than $6 million in the company’s new corporate headquarters. Economic development partners include Warren RECC, Bowling Green Area Chamber of Commerce, and the Kentucky Cabinet for Economic Development. Vibrant Health Products, Inc., an organic food products producer, announced plans to establish its first U.S. manufacturing facility in Fayette County, Tennessee. Plans for the project include creating 394 new jobs and investing $48.5 million in the company’s operations. Economic development partners include Chickasaw Electric Cooperative, Greater Memphis Chamber, City of Rossville, Fayette County and the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development. Master Machine, LLC, a system design and manufacturer of products primarily for nuclear-focused industries, announced plans to expand operations in Hamilton County. Plans for the project include creating 44 new jobs and investing $12 million in the company’s Chattanooga operations. Economic development partners include EPB, Chattanooga Area Chamber of Commerce, Hamilton County, the city of Chattanooga, and the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development. Little Leaf Farms, a producer of packaged leafy greens, announced plans to establish its first Tennessee greenhouse in Coffee County. Plans for the project include creating 318 new jobs and investing nearly $75 million in the company’s state-of-the-art growing and manufacturing facilities.
