Stupp Bridge, a leading bridge fabrication and steel structure manufacturer, announced plans to expand operations in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Plans for the project include creating 15 new jobs and investing $2.7 million in the company’s Warren County facility. Economic development partners include Warren Rural Electric Cooperative, the Bowling Green Chamber, and the Kentucky Cabinet for Economic Development. Hadrian, a submarine components parts manufacturer, announced plans to establish operations in Colbert County, Alabama. Announced plans for the project include investing $2 billion and creating 1,000 new jobs at the company’s Sheffield operations. Economic development partners include Sheffield Utilities, Alabama Department of Commerce, Shoals Economic Development Authority, Colbert County and the City of Sheffield. This project furthers TVA’s mission of service to help improve the quality of life for the people of the Valley.

Morgan Steel, a steel manufacturer and distributor, announced plans to expand operations in Memphis, Tennessee. Plans for the project include creating 119 new jobs and investing $11 million in the company’s Shelby County headquarters facility. Economic development partners include Memphis Light Gas and Water, the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development, Greater Memphis Chamber, and EDEGE. This project furthers TVA’s mission of service to help improve the quality of life for the people of the Valley.

Documotion Research, a printing products manufacturer, announced plans to expand operations in Maury County. Plans for the project include creating 48 new jobs and investing $9 million in the company’s Columbia facility. Economic development partners include Columbia Power & Water Systems, the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development, Maury Alliance and Middle Tennessee Industrial Development Association. This project furthers TVA’s mission of service to help improve the quality of life for the people of the Valley.

Recticel Group, a global manufacturer of smart insulation, announced plans to establish its first U.S. panels facility in Mt. Pleasant, Tennessee. Plans for the project include creating 78 new jobs and investing $50 million in the company’s Maury County operations. Economic development partners include Mt. Pleasant Power System, the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development, Maury Alliance and Middle Tennessee Industrial Development Association. Spartan Composites, an advanced composite materials manufacturer, announced plans to establish operations in Saltillo, Mississippi. Plans for the project include creating 45 new jobs and investing $49 million in the company’s Lee County location. Economic development partners include Mississippi Development Authority, Tombigbee Electric Power Association, and the Community Development Foundation. This project furthers TVA’s mission of service to help improve the quality of life for the people of the Valley.

Centrus, the only uranium enrichment centrifuge manufacturing facility in the U.S., announced plans to expand operations in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. Plans for the project include creating 430 new jobs and investing more than $560 million to support large-scale restoration of uranium enrichment capability. Economic development partners include Oak Ridge Electric Department, the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development, City of Oak Ridge, Anderson County, and East Tennessee Development Agency. Heil Trailer International, a global manufacturer of specialty transport trailers, announced plans to expand operations in Athens, Tennessee. Plans for the project include creating 18 new jobs and investing $9.8 million following the securement of a U.S. Department of the Army contract for the company’s Tactical Fuel Distribution System. Economic development partners include the Athens Utility Board, the McMinn Economic Development Authority and the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development. ALUKO Group, a South Korean aluminum manufacturer, announced plans to establish operations in Halls, Tennessee. Plans for the project include creating 285 new jobs and investing $108 million in the Lauderdale County manufacturing facility. Economic development partners include Ripley Power & Light, Lauderdale County Economic and Community Development, Lauderdale County, and the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development. Korea Zinc, the world’s leading comprehensive nonferrous metal manufacturer, announced plans to establish the company’s first U.S. operations in Clarksville, Tennessee. Plans for the project include creating 420 new jobs and investing more than $6 billion in the company’s facilities, representing the largest single private corporate investment made in Tennessee history. Economic development partners include the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development, Clarksville-Montgomery County Industrial Development Board and Cumberland Electric Membership Corporation.
