Homeland Vinyl Products, a residential and commercial vinyl products manufacturer, announced plans to expand operations in Surgoinsville, Tennessee. Plans for the project include creating 50 new jobs and investing $5.5 million as the company adds additional product lines. Economic development partners include Holston Electric Cooperative, Hawkins County Industrial Development Board, Networks Sullivan Partnership and the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development. Underground Solutions, Inc., an infrastructure technology company, announced plans to establish operations in Batesville, Mississippi. The company plans to invest $80 million in the manufacturing facility and create 50 new jobs.
