Charms LLC, a candy manufacturer, announced plans to expand operations in Tipton County, Tennessee. Plans for the project include creating 62 new jobs and investing $97.7 million in the company’s Covington location. Economic development partners include Covington Electric System, Tipton Count Community Development and the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development. This project furthers TVA’s mission of service to help improve the quality of life for the people of the Valley.

West Star Aviation, an aircraft maintenance company, announced plans to expand operations in Hamilton County, Tennessee. Plans for the project include adding 200 new jobs and investing $32 million in the company’s Chattanooga manufacturing facility. Economic development partners include EPB, the City of Chattanooga, Hamilton County, Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport Authority and the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development. This project furthers TVA’s mission of service to help improve the quality of life for the people of the Valley.

Yancey Engineered Solutions, a generator enclosure and fuel tank manufacturer, announced plans to establish operations in Batesville, Mississippi. Plans for the project include creating 250 jobs and investing $20.8 million in the company’s Panola County facility. Economic development partners include Tallahatchie Valley Electric Power Association, Mississippi Development Authority, and Panola Partnership. This project furthers TVA’s mission of service to help improve the quality of life for the people of the Valley.

Glaukos Corporation, a global ophthalmic pharmaceutical and medical technology company, announced plans to establish operations in Huntsville, Madison County, Alabama. Plans for the project include creating 154 new jobs and investing more than $82 million in the company’s research, development, and manufacturing facility. Economic development partners include Huntsville Utilities, Huntsville-Madison County Chamber of Commerce, City of Huntsville, Alabama Department of Commerce, and the Cummings Research Park. This project furthers TVA’s mission of service to help improve the quality of life for the people of the Valley.

ALUKO Group, an aluminum battery casing manufacturer, announced plans to establish operations in Madison County, Tennessee. Plans for the project include creating 55 new jobs and investing more than $36 million in the company’s first U.S. manufacturing facility. The new facility will supply aluminum battery casings at Ford Motor Company’s BlueOval City. Economic development partners include Jackson Energy Authority, the Jackson Chamber, City of Jackson, Madison County and the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development. Bobrick Washroom Equipment announced plans to expand operations in Jackson, Tennessee. Plans for the project include creating 26 new jobs and investing $17 million as part of the company’s third expansion in Madison County. Economic development partners include Jackson Energy Authority, Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development, Jackson Chamber, City of Jackson and Madison County. This project furthers TVA’s mission of service to help improve the quality of life for the people of the Valley.

AAON, Inc., a leading HVAC manufacturer, announced plans to establish operations in Memphis, Tennessee. Plans for the project include creating 828 new jobs and investing $238 million in the company’s Shelby County facility. Economic development partners include Memphis Light, Gas and Water, the Greater Memphis Chamber, and the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development. This project furthers TVA’s mission of service to help improve the quality of life for the people of the Valley.

Avail Enclosure Systems, a global infrastructure company, announced plans to expand operations in Hamilton County. Plans for the project include creating 82 new jobs and investing more than $10 million at its Chattanooga facility. Economic development partners include EPB, the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development, City of Chattanooga, Hamilton County, and the Chattanooga Area Chamber of Commerce. Nashville Wire Products, a wire shelving, display and retail products producer, announced plans to expand operations in Humphreys County, Tennessee. Plans for the project include creating 102 new jobs and investing $20 million as the company establishes a new manufacturing site in McEwen, Tennessee. Economic development partners include Meriwether Lewis Electric Cooperative, Humphreys County Economic Development Council, Humphreys County and the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development.
