Kilgore Flares, an operating company within the Chemring Group, announced plans to expand its production of defense countermeasures for the U.S. military in Toone, Tennessee. Plans for the expansion project include $40 million in capital investment and the creation of 100 new jobs.

AllianceBernstein, an asset management and research firm, announced plans to locate its corporate headquarters in Nashville, Tennessee. Plans for the project include 1,050 new jobs and $71 million in capital investment.

Dong -A HWA Sung Co., LTD, a global home appliance and automotive supplier, announced plans to locate its first U.S. operations in Martin, Tennessee. Plans for the new facility include the creation of 220 jobs and $13 million in capital investment. The project represents the largest and only foreign direct investment in Weakley County’s history.

Excel Boat Company LLC, a high-end aluminum boat manufacturer, announced plans to locate operations in Ridgley, Tennessee. Plans for the new plant include the creation of nearly 200 jobs, and investing $9 million in the Lake County facility.

Peco Foods, an industry leading poultry processor, announced plans to locate operations in West Point, Mississippi. Project plans include the creation of 300 new jobs and $40 million in capital investment for the location, which will provide freezer, cooler and workspace to serve the company’s increasing customer base.

Toyota Motor Manufacturing, a leading automotive manufacturer, announced plans to expand operations in Blue Springs, MS. The company announced plans to build the 12th generation Corolla using Toyota New Global Architecture; plans include 400 new jobs and $170 million in capital investment added to the facility.

Van Hool NV, a worldwide manufacturer of buses, coaches and industrial vehicles, announced plans to locate its first U.S. facility in Morristown, Tennessee. Plans for the new facility include the creation of 600 new jobs and $47 million in capital investment.

Flex Ltd., the third largest electronic manufacturing service and original design manufacturer worldwide, announced plans to expand operations in Memphis, Tennessee. Plans for the project include the creation of 300 new jobs, bringing the employment total at this facility to over 1,100, and will invest $5 million in capital investment.

StandardAero, one of the world’s largest providers of engine and airframe maintenance services, announced plans to expand operations in Maryville, Tennessee. The expansion is based on a new 20-year Memorandum of Agreement with Rolls-Royce. Plans for the project include creating 75 new jobs, bringing the employment total at this facility to over 300.
