SGB Enterprises, Inc., announced plans to establish operations in Maury County. Plans for the project include creating 40 new jobs and investing $1.7 million in the company’s Columbia headquarters and manufacturing operations. Economic development partners include Columbia Power and Water Systems, the Maury Alliance, Middle Tennessee Industrial Development Association and the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development. Malibu Boats, LLC, a powerboat manufacturer, announced plans to expand operations in Roane County, Tennessee. Plans for the project include creating 770 new jobs and investing $75 million in the company’s second facility outside of its Loudon headquarters. Economic development partners include Lenoir City Utilities Board, Roane Alliance, East Tennessee Economic Development Agency and the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development. Dutch Tech, Inc., a manufacturer of laminated insulation products, announced plans to expand operations in Lobelville, TN. Plans for the project include creating 73 new jobs and investing $755,000 to expand operations at the company’s Perry County headquarters. Economic development partners include Meriwether Lewis Electric Cooperative, Perry County Government and the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development. This project furthers TVA’s mission of service to help improve the quality of life for the people of the Valley.

Riviana Foods Inc., a consumer products processing and packaging company, announced plans to expand operations in Memphis, Tennessee. Plans for the project include creating 80 new jobs and investing more than $80 million to increase production capacity at the company’s state-of-the-art facility. Economic development partners include Memphis Light Gas and Water, City of Memphis, Shelby County, EDGE, Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development and the Greater Memphis Chamber. This project furthers TVA’s mission of service to improve the quality of life for the people of the Valley.

United Launch Alliance, a leading manufacturer of rockets used for both government and commercial customers, announced plans to expand operations in Morgan County, AL. The project includes creating 51 new jobs and investing $317 million to serve a new contract from Amazon in accordance with their plans to launch a system of internet satellites. Economic development partners include Joe Wheeler Electric Membership Corporation, Morgan County Economic Development Association, and the Alabama Department of Commerce. This project furthers TVA’s mission to help improve the quality of life for the people of the Valley.

Delavan Ag Pumps, Inc., an agritech company, announced plans to establish operations in Elkton, Kentucky. Plans for the project include creating 30 new jobs and investing $2.3 million in the production and warehouse operations to support the company’s recently expanded lawn and garden business. Economic development partners include Pennyrile RECC, Southwestern Kentucky Economic Development Council, City of Elkton, Todd County, and the Kentucky Cabinet of Economic Development. This project furthers TVA’s mission of service to help improve the quality of life for the people of the Valley.

Hankook Tire and Technology Co., Ltd, a leading global tire manufacturer, announced plans to expand operations in Montgomery County, TN. Plans for the project include creating 397 new jobs and investing $612 million in the company’s third major expansion since breaking ground at the state-of-the-art Clarksville facility in 2014. Economic development partners include Cumberland Electric Membership Corporation, Clarksville-Montgomery County Industrial Development Board and the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development. This project furthers TVA’s mission to help improve the quality of life for the people of the Valley.

Ventcon, an industry leading HVAC sheet metal mechanical company, announced plans to establish its first manufacturing operations outside of the company’s headquarters in Allen Park, Michigan.  Plans for the new plant in Madison County, TN include investing $6.7 million and creating 75 new jobs. Economic development partners include the Jackson Chamber, Jackson Energy Authority, City of Jackson, Madison County, and the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development. This project furthers TVA’s mission of service to improve the quality of life for the people of the Valley.

Bridgestone Americas, a global mobility company, announced plans to expand operations in Warren County, Tennessee. Plans for the significant expansion and modernization project include investing $550 million and creating 380 new jobs, increasing the existing headcount to more than 1,400 employees at the Morrison truck and bus radial tire facility. Economic development partners include the Industrial Development Board of McMinnville and Warren County and the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development. This project furthers TVA’s mission of service to improve the quality of life for the people of the Valley.

Westlake Pipe and Fittings, a plastic fabrication company, plans to expand operations in Brownsville, Tennessee. Plans for the project include investing $102 million in the Haywood County facility. Economic development partners include Brownsville Energy Authority, City of Brownsville, and Haywood County and Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development. This project helps further TVA’s mission of service to improve the quality of life for the people of the Valley.
