March 21, 2019 – Toyota Bodine Aluminum, announced plans to expand its Jackson, Tennessee engine block manufacturing plant. Plans for the project include $50 million investment and additional jobs. Economic development partners include Jackson Energy Authority, Jackson Chamber, Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development, City of Jackson and Madison County.

March 20, 2019 – SmileDirectClub, a market leader in doctor-directed, remote invisible aligner therapy, announced plans to expand operations in Nashville, Tennessee. Plans for the project include the creation of more than 2,000 new jobs and $217 million in investment to expand the company’s Middle Tennessee presence. Economic Development partners include Nashville Electric Service, Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development, Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, and Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce.

March 20, 2019 – Toyota Motor Manufacturing, announced plans to expand its Huntsville, Alabama engine plant. Plans for the OEM expansion project include the addition of 450 new jobs, $288 million in capital investment and approximately 3 MW of load growth. Economic development partners include Huntsville Utilities, Huntsville/Madison County Chamber of Commerce, and the Alabama Department of Commerce.

March 7, 2019 – Hubner Manufacturing Corporation, announced plans to establish a new manufacturing facility in Dunlap, Tennessee. The company manufactures products for the transportation and energy sectors. Plans for the project include the creation of 66 new jobs and $9.6 million in capital investment. Economic development partners include Sequachee Valley Electric Cooperative, Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development, Sequatchie County and City of Dunlap.

March 7, 2019 – STULZ Air Technology Systems Inc., a global leader in the HVAC industry, announced plans to establish operations in Dayton, Tennessee. Plans for the manufacturing facility include the creation of 250 new jobs and $2 million in investment. Economic development partners include City of Dayton Electric, Rhea County Economic and Tourism Council and Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development.

March 1, 2019 – VP Racing Fuels, a race fuel manufacturer and distributor, announced plans to create 40 new jobs and invest approximately $4.6 million in Carroll County, Tennessee. Economic development partners include Carroll County Electric Department, Carroll County Chamber of Commerce, Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development, Carroll County and City of Huntingdon.

March 1, 2019 – Transportation company, JNJ Express, announced plans to expand its headquarters in Memphis, Tennessee. Plans for the project include the creation of 610 new jobs and $83.6 million in capital investment. Economic development partners include Memphis Light Gas and Water, Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development, Greater Memphis Chamber, EDGE, City of Memphis and Shelby County.

March 1, 2019 – The ICEE Company, a leader and innovator in the frozen beverage industry, announced plans to establish its headquarters in La Vergne, Tennessee. Plans for the project include the creation of 200 new jobs, and investing $10.3 million. Economic development partners include Nashville Electric Service, Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development, Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce, Rutherford County and City of La Vergne.

February 25, 2019 – Integrity Tool and Mold, an international automotive supplier, broke ground on its new facility in Pulaski, Tennessee. Plans for the Canadian-based company’s project include creating more than 80 jobs and $18 million in capital investment. Economic development partners include Pulaski Energy Systems and Giles County Economic Development Commission.

February 21, 2019 – Togo North America Inc., an international producer of automotive parts, announced plans to establish a new facility in Portland, Tennessee. Plans for the new location include creating 58 new jobs and investing $11.4 million. Economic development partners include Cumberland Electric Membership Corporation, Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development, City of Portland and Robertson County.
