McNeilus Truck and Manufacturing Inc., an Oshkosh Corporation and global technology company, announced plans to establish operations in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Plans for the project include creating 230 new jobs and investing $50 million in the purpose-built commercial vehicle and equipment manufacturing facility. Economic development partners include Middle Tennessee Electric, Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce, and the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development. This project helps further TVA’s mission of service to improve the quality of life for the people of the Valley.

Ascend Elements, a manufacturer of sustainable lithium-ion battery materials for the Electric Vehicle industry, announced plans to establish operations in Hopkinsville, Kentucky. Plans for the project include creating 250 new jobs and investing $310 million in the EV battery materials and recycling operations. Economic development partners include Pennyrile RECC, Southwestern Kentucky Economic Development Council and the Kentucky Cabinet for Economic Development. This project furthers TVA’s mission to help improve the quality of life for the people of the Valley.

O-I Glass, an innovative glass bottle producer, announced plans to establish operations in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Plans for the project include creating 140 new jobs and investing $239 million to provide the company increased production capacity of sustainable packaging solutions. Economic development partners include Warren RECC, the Bowling Green Area Chamber of Commerce and Kentucky Cabinet for Economic Development. This project furthers TVA’s mission to help improve the quality of life for the people of the Valley.

Duksan Electera America, Inc., an electrolyte manufacturer for the Electric Vehicle battery industry, announced plans to establish operations in Shelbyville, Tennessee. Plans for the project include creating 100 new jobs and investing $95 million to locate the company’s first North American manufacturing facility in Bedford County. Economic development partners include Duck River Electric Membership Corporation, Shelbyville-Bedford Partnership, Middle Tennessee Industrial Development Association, and the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development. This project furthers TVA’s mission to improve the quality of life for the people of the Valley.

WACKER, a global chemical manufacturing and research and development company, announced plans to expand operations in Bradley County, Tennessee. Plans for the project include investing over $200 million and creating more than 200 new jobs, adding to WACKER-Charleston’s existing workforce of 700. This is the second major expansion the company will make in the region since creating a major manufacturing footprint in Charleston eight years ago.  Economic development partners include Cleveland Bradley County Chamber of Commerce and Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development. This project furthers TVA’s mission to help improve the quality of life for the people of the Valley.

Highland Ventures, Ltd., a leading holding company to top brands in the restaurant, fitness, video rental and commercial real estate industries, announced plans to establish operations in Williamson County, Tennessee. Plans for the project include creating 80 new jobs and investing $8 million as the company relocates its headquarters to middle Tennessee. Economic development partners include Nashville Electric Service, Williamson Inc., and Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development. This project helps further TVA’s mission to improve the quality of life for the people of the Valley.

iFixit, an e-commerce repair company, announced plans to establish operations in Hamilton County, Tennessee. Plans for the project include creating 200 new jobs and investing $24 million in the company’s Chattanooga facility. Economic development partners include EPB, City of Chattanooga, Hamilton County, Chattanooga Chamber of Commerce and Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development. This project helps further TVA’s mission to improve the quality of life for the people of the Valley.

Multi-Color Corporation, a commercial printer, announced plans to expand operations in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Plans for the project include the creation of 60 new jobs and investing $4.8 million as the company rebrands and expands its Bowling Green facility. Economic development partners include Warren RECC, Bowling Green Chamber of Commerce and Kentucky Cabinet for Economic Development.

Kroger Fulfillment Network, LLC , a division of Kroger Co., America’s largest grocery retailer, announced plans to locate in Davidson County, Tennessee. Plans for the spoke facility include creating 180 new jobs in Nashville. Economic development partners include Nashville Electric Service, Nashville Area Chamber, and Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development.

TechnologyAdvice, LLC, a business-to-business technology marketing platform, announced plans to expand operations in Nashville, Tennessee. Plans for the project include creating 350 new jobs and investing $2.7 million as the company expands its headquarters and other back-office functions in Nashville. Economic development partners include Nashville Electric Service, Nashville Area Chamber and Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development.
