Powering Growth With Top-Level Site Location Services
In support of TVA’s mission to make life better for the people who live and work in our Valley region, TVA Economic Development powers community growth and recovery by recruiting and retaining companies that invest in the region.
Site Development
Working closely with regional economic development organizations, community leaders, and local, regional, and federal partners, InvestReady helps communities identify and prepare properties for rapid development. Certain projects may be eligible to receive grants through TVA’s InvestPrep, a program that helps prepare sites and buildings, making them more marketable for development.
Project Management
Our target market specialists take an active role, working impartially with state, regional, and local economic development organizations to complete information requests, organize site visits, prepare incentives, and more.
Technical & Design Services
We’re here to support your team by making it easier to envision your building on our properties. We’re experts in mapping and site evaluations, 2D and 3D site plan renderings, drone surveys, conceptual earthwork studies, immersive virtual reality tours, and 360-photo and video.
Research
We dig data. Our team has access to a wide variety of public and subscription-based databases and our analysts can provide summaries, demographic and occupation analyses, mapping, commuting patterns, cost of living indices and data analysis on specific sites and regions.
