Y-Tec, Keylex, and Toyotetsu – YKTA to locate new supplier facility in Huntsville, Ala.

May 22, 2019 – Y-Tec, Keylex, and Toyotetsu – YKTA, a collaboration of global automotive suppliers, announced plans to locate a new facility in Huntsville, Alabama. The automotive parts manufacturer will be located on-site and serve the Mazda Toyota Manufacturing USA plant. Plans for the project include investing $220 million and the creation of 650 new jobs. This project represents the third supplier to announce in Limestone County in the last month, totaling 1,430 jobs and $380 million in investment. Economic development partners include Athens Utilities, Limestone County Economic Development Association, Huntsville-Madison County Chamber of Commerce, and the Alabama Department of Commerce.
