Valmont Industries, a producer of engineered steel transmission, distribution and substation structures, announced plans to expand operations in Jasper, Tennessee. The company plans to create 84 new jobs and invest $45 million in its Marion County operations to support increased production. Economic development partners include Sequachee Valley Electric Cooperative, Marion County government, the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development, and TVA. This project furthers TVA’s mission of service to help improve the quality of life for the people of the Valley through job creation.
