The Anderson-DuBose Company, a distributor for the food service industry, announced plans to establish operations in Jefferson City, Tennessee. Plans for the project include creating 80 new jobs and investing $40 million in the company’s facility. Economic development partners include Appalachian Electric Cooperative, Jefferson County Alliance, City of Jefferson City, Jefferson County, Norfolk Southern Railway, and the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development. This project furthers TVA’s mission of service to help improve the quality of life for the people of the Valley.

Firestone Industrial Products, a subsidiary of Bridgestone Americas, announced plans to expand operations in Dyersburg, Tennessee. Plans for the project include creating 40 new jobs and investing $8.9 million to expand manufacturing and distribution at its Firestone Airide facility. Economic development partners include Dyersburg Electric, City of Dyersburg, Dyer County, Dyersburg Dyer County Chamber of Commerce and the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development.
