Pennington Stave and Cooperage Corp. announces plans to locate in Metcalfe County, Kentucky

June 5, 2019 – Pennington Stave and Cooperage Corp., a startup manufacturer of staves and barrels for the spirits and wine industries, announced plans to locate in Metcalfe County, Kentucky. Plans for the new production facility include the creation of 126 new jobs and $34.4 million in investment. Economic development partners include Tri-County Electric Membership Corporation, Edmonton-Metcalfe County Industrial Development Authority and Kentucky Cabinet for Economic Development.
