Novelis, an aluminum producer and recycler, announced plans to expand its recently opened operations in Guthrie, Kentucky. Plans for the project include creating 140 new jobs and investing $365 million to increase capacity to serve the automotive market. Economic development partners include Pennyrile RECC, the Kentucky Cabinet of Economic Development, Southwestern Kentucky Economic Development Kentucky Economic Development Council, Todd County and the City of Guthrie.
