Northrop Grumman, an aerospace defense and technology company, announced plans to expand operations, opening a new facility in Huntsville, Alabama, to support the US Air Force’s Ground Based Strategic Deterrent program. Plans for the project include creating 500 new jobs. Economic development partners include Huntsville Utilities, City of Huntsville, Huntsville/Madison County Chamber, and the Alabama Department of Commerce. This project furthers TVA’s mission of service to help improve the quality of life for the people of the Valley.
