LG Electronics announced plans to expand operations in Clarksville, Tennessee

LG Electronics, a world-leading home appliance manufacturer, announced plans to expand operations in Clarksville, Tennessee. Plans for the project include creating 334 new jobs and investing $20.5 million to meet unprecedented demand for the company’s top-rated washing machines. Economic development partners include Cumberland Electric Membership Corporation, Clarksville-Montgomery County Economic Development Council, and Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development. This project helps further TVA’s mission of service to improve the quality of life for the people of the Valley.
