FedEx Logistics to move headquarters to downtown Memphis

February 13, 2019 – FedEx Logistics announced plans to move its headquarters to downtown Memphis. The FedEx hub in Memphis is the largest sorting facility in the FedEx Express global network. Plans for the new location include the creation of 689 jobs, in addition to the 30,000 currently employed and investing $44 million. Economic development partners include Memphis Light Gas and Water, Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development, Greater Memphis Chamber, EDGE, City of Memphis and Shelby County.
