Create Energy Announces Plans to Expand Operations in Robertson and Sumner Counties, Tennessee

Create Energy, U.S.-based renewable energy company, announced plans to expand operations in Robertson and Sumner Counties, Tennessee. Plans for the project include creating 973 jobs and investing $67 million in a new location announcement in Orlinda and creating 30 jobs and investing $2 million to expand its Portland location. Economic development partners include Cumberland Electric Membership Corporation, Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development, Robertson County Economic Development Board, City of Portland, and City of Orlinda. This project furthers TVA’s mission of service to help improve the quality of life for the people of the Valley.
