CITE Armored plans to expand its presence in Mississippi

CITE Armored, a manufacturer of armored cars, SWAT and supply vehicles for the military and domestic organizations, announced plans to expand its presence in Mississippi, locating new operations in Batesville. Plans for the project include the creation of 30 jobs and $2.3 million in capital investment to accommodate additional production. Economic development partners include Tallahatchie Valley Electric Power Association, Panola Partnership, Panola County officials and Mississippi Development Authority. This project helps further TVA’s mission to serve the people of the Valley by creating a better quality of life.
