AutoZone plans to expand operations in Memphis, Tennessee

AutoZone, the Memphis-based auto parts retailer, announced plans to expand operations in Memphis, Tennessee. Plans for the project include adding 130 new jobs to its 1,400 existing workforce and investing $191.2 million. Economic development partners include Memphis Light Gas and Water, Greater Memphis Chamber, Downtown Memphis Commission, Memphis-Shelby County EDGE, and Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development. This project helps further TVA’s mission to serve the people of the Valley by creating a better quality of life.
