Redwire Corp., an aerospace and defense manufacturer, announced plans to expand operations in Huntsville, Alabama. The company plans to create 150 new jobs and additional capital investment in the manufacturing, integration, and technical operations. Economic development partners include the Huntsville-Madison Chamber of Commerce, City of Huntsville, Madison County Alabama, Alabama Department of Commerce, and Huntsville Utilities. This project furthers TVA’s mission of service to help improve the quality of life for the people of the Valley through job creation.

Aluminum Dynamics, an aluminum recycling and manufacturing company announced plans to develop a recycled aluminum slab center in Lowndes County, Mississippi. Plans for the project include creating 100 new jobs and investing more than $200M in the company’s operations. Economic development partners include 4-County EPA, Mississippi Development Authority, Golden Triangle Development LINK, and TVA. This project furthers TVA’s mission of service to help improve the quality of life for the people of the Valley through job creation.

TRISO-X, a nuclear fuel company, announced plans to expand operations in Roane County, Tennessee. The companyplans to create 1,140 new jobs and invest hundreds of millions of dollars in the new fuel facility, research and development center. Economic development partners include City of Oak Ridge Electric Department, Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development, U.S. Department of Energy, East Tennessee Economic Development Agency, Roane County, the City of Oak Ridge, and TVA. This project furthers TVA’s mission of service to help improve the quality of life for the people of the Valley through job creation.

Jabil, a global engineering, supply chain and manufacturing solutions provider, announced plans to open a new facility in Marshall County, Mississippi. The company plans to create approximately 2,200 new jobs and invest more than $119 million in its operations. Economic development partners include Northcentral Electric Cooperative, Mississippi Development Authority, Marshall County Industrial Development Authority, Accelerate MS, and TVA. This project furthers TVA’s mission of service to help improve the quality of life for the people of the Valley through job creation.

Homeland Vinyl Products, a residential and commercial vinyl products manufacturer, announced plans to expand operations in Surgoinsville, Tennessee. Plans for the project include creating 50 new jobs and investing $5.5 million as the company adds additional product lines. Economic development partners include Holston Electric Cooperative, Hawkins County Industrial Development Board, Networks Sullivan Partnership and the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development. Virginia Transformer, North America’s largest power transformer manufacturer, announced plans to establish operations in Muscle Shoals, Alabama. Plans for the project include creating 1,100 new jobs at the company’s state-of-the-art operations in Colbert County. Economic development partners include Muscle Shoals Electric Board, Shoals EDA, Alabama Department of Commerce, Norfolk Southern, City of Muscle Shoals, Colbert County and TVA. Underground Solutions, Inc., an infrastructure technology company, announced plans to establish operations in Batesville, Mississippi. The company plans to invest $80 million in the manufacturing facility and create 50 new jobs. Economic development partners include Tallahatchie Valley Electric Power Association, Panola Partnership, Mississippi Development Authority and TVA. This project furthers TVA’s mission of service to help improve the quality of life for the people of the Valley through job creation.

Light Electric Vehicles (LEV), an electric bicycle manufacturer, announced plans to establish operations in Algood, Tennessee. Plans for the project include creating 288 new jobs and investing $7 million in the company’s Putnam County production and distribution facility. Economic development partners include Upper Cumberland Electric Membership Corporation, the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development, Highlands Economic Partnership, Putnam County Government, the City of Algood, and TVA. Stella-Jones Inc., a Canadian infrastructure product manufacturer, announced plans to establish operations in Lincoln County, Tennessee. Plans for the project include creating 228 new jobs and investing $45 million in the company’s new steel lattice tower manufacturing facility. Economic development partners include Fayetteville Public Utilities, Fayetteville-Lincoln County Industrial Development Board, Middle Tennessee Industrial Development Association and the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development.
