Aphena Pharma Solutions, LLC, a leading pharmaceutical service provider specializing in packaging, announced plans to expand operations in Cookeville, Tennessee. Plans for the project include creating 160 new jobs and $21 million in capital investment to accommodate future growth at the Cookeville-based company. Economic development partners include Cookeville Electric Department, Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development, City of Cookeville, and Highlands Economic Partnership.
