Amazon plans to locate in Olive Branch, Mississippi

Amazon, a leading global web services provider, announced plans to locate in Olive Branch, Mississippi. Plans for the consumer goods fulfillment center include the creation of 500 new jobs at the DeSoto County facility. This announcement represents the company’s second fulfillment center in North Mississippi. Economic development partners include Northcentral Mississippi Electric Power Association, Desoto County and City of Olive Branch, DeSoto County Economic Development Council, and Mississippi Development Authority. This project helps further TVA’s mission to serve the people of the Valley by creating a better quality of life.
