Ajinomoto Foods North America Inc. plans to expand operations in Oakland,  Mississippi

Ajinomoto Foods North America Inc., a leading manufacturer in the frozen food industry, announced plans to expand operations in Oakland,  Mississippi. Plans for the project include investing $27.3 million to increase capacity. Economic development partners include Tallahatchie Valley EPA, Mississippi Development Authority, Yalobusha County, City of Oakland, and Yalobusha Industrial Development Board. This project helps further TVA’s mission to serve the people of the Valley by creating a better quality of life.
