Workforce Development
In response to the increasing demand for a skilled workforce in the Tennessee Valley for prospective businesses and industries, our workforce development initiatives address critical workforce development and talent supply needs. Our initiatives range from grant-matching programs to assisting local communities understand and address their unique talent pipeline needs.
