Empowering Growth By Strengthening Communities
Our communities — and the people who live here — are the source of our region’s strength. In partnership with local and regional organizations, we offer programming to support workforce development, leadership, and economic development.
Training & Development
We develop and deliver future-focused strategies to prepare communities for economic development growth. From leadership training, prospect preparation, rural-focused initiatives, and more, our innovative programs help Valley communities prepare for investment by finding creative solutions for their unique needs.
Workforce Development
In response to the increasing demand for a skilled workforce in the Tennessee Valley for prospective businesses and industries, our workforce development initiatives address critical workforce development and talent supply needs. Our initiatives range from grant-matching programs to assisting local communities understand and address their unique talent pipeline needs.
Site Readiness
In partnership with regional economic development organizations and local leaders, our team helps communities by preparing properties for development. By positioning properties for accelerated development, we give our communities a leg up. Certain projects may be eligible to receive grants through our incentive program, making them more marketable for development.

In addition to our community-focused programs, we also offer project management and research and design services to support site selection efforts.
