PennyMac Financial Services, Inc., a consumer direct lending business, announced plans to establish operations in Franklin, Tennessee. Plans for the project include creating 350 new jobs to support the company’s mortgage origination center. Economic development partners include Middle Tennessee Electric, Williamson Inc., and Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development. This project helps further TVA’s mission of service by improving the quality of life for the people of the Valley.
